Strategic Advisory at the Intersection
of US Federal Programs and African Markets

Greenwater Government Services helps US agencies and primes execute Africa programs, helps American firms enter African markets, and helps African operators access US capital.

Greenwater Government Services operates at the bilateral edge between American institutions and African markets — where federal programs meet on-the-ground execution, where US capital meets African opportunity.

WHAT WE DO

Execution Support for the Public Sector

GGS operates at the bilateral edge between American institutions and African markets. We sit alongside primes delivering US federal programs across the continent, we advise US companies entering Africa commercially, and we help African operators access US capital and partnerships. We don’t compete with primes — we partner with them. We don’t replicate in-country teams — we strengthen their execution. Where capital, policy, and partnership flow between America and Africa, we architect the connection.

Our Capabilities

US-Africa Federal Program Execution
Subcontract delivery and capability support on USAID, MCC, DFC, State Africa Bureau, Power Africa, Prosper Africa, and AGOA-aligned programs. We bring African market fluency, operating expertise, and diaspora network access to programs already underway with established primes.
African Market Entry Advisory
We help US companies enter African markets with discipline. Market assessment, regulatory navigation, in-country partner identification, government relations, and operational launch across healthcare, fintech, agriculture, energy, and infrastructure.
US Capital Access for African Operators
We help African operators, family offices, and institutions access American capital and partnerships. Capital markets advisory, US partner sourcing, cross-border M&A support, and institutional positioning for African principals reaching into the US market.
Prime Subcontracting & Teaming Support
We work as a sub-prime and teaming partner to established federal contractors. We bring specialized regional expertise, diaspora-led delivery, and policy fluency to teams pursuing or executing Africa-focused awards.

Why Greenwater Government Services

GGS was built by an operator, not a consultancy. Our founder spent 15+ years engaged with Africa — academically through the FAMU International Agriculture program and USAID Farmer-to-Farmer research at the University of Fort Hare, professionally as the operating CEO of a public-company-track holding company, and as a current Georgetown McCourt Executive Master’s candidate in Policy Leadership. We bring the operator’s lens, the diaspora connection, and the policy fluency that programs at the US-Africa edge actually require. The work is hard. The relationships are personal. We move accordingly.

Our Mission

To strengthen the institutional, capital, and partnership flows between America and Africa — by delivering programs, advising principals, and bridging markets with discipline and accountability.
